Who is interested in  challenge?

I need some ideas on what some items for my movie will look like.

1.  A psychic detector.  It will fit on a wrist band or bracelet.
2.  A psychic amplifier.  It will be worn as a crown or headpiece.
3.  An original sonic screwdriver design.

Once I have a few ideas on what these should look like, then I'll have to set about building them.

As I browse through DA looking for ideas, inspiration, or useful images I'm struck by one thing over and over, and it has really started to bug me.  There are people out there who have no idea what categories are.

So I'm browsing "traditional art - > Paintings".  And what do I find?  MS Paint, photoshop, etc.  Look, "traditional art" means you used a pencil not the pencil tool, or a brush not the brush tool, or an eraser not the eraser tool, or a pen not the pen tool.

Then I'm looking at stock images.  And what do I find?  Well, I find men in the women category. I also find MS Paint.  What is it with MS Paint users?  Why don't they know what a category is?

I've been working really hard on converting my 4th NaNoWriMo Novel Nell of the Null Zone" into a screenplay.  I've gotten as far as the end of Chapter 18.

Chapters 19 through 21, pages 76 through 91.  I made a serious hash of the plot there.  It's all messed up.  I need suggestions on how to set it straight.  Any suggestions.  I can't proceed with the screenplay until I figure out the best way to show that the Mystery of the Antelope Valley is looking for them in the time between capturing Dandrough and going down into the mines.  In fact, I can't figure out any other ways at all right now.

I need plot help.  I need a plot doctor.

Seeing how many people replied to my last journal entry, I'm guessing this will get even fewer replies, but I am in a bind here.  My motorcycle is broken, it has an electrical problem and is unrideable.

So I am taking my NaNoWriMo novel Nell of the Null Zone as posted here on DeviantArt.  I've created a Facebook Group for the project, as well as a GoFundMe.  I'm thinking that once I finish the translation from book to screenplay I'll even start a KickStarter because those are time limited.

So now, I've gotten to my first dilemma.  For those who have read my novel, the problem is on page 22 and page 25.  The main character is trying to find her companion.  On page 22 she tracks him down psychically, and on page 25 her dad reveals that he put a locator on her cell phone.  So now I have two ways to get the main characters back together and on to the first big climax of the book.

I cannot figure out if I want to use psychics, electronics, or both.  I did it that way in the novel so that I can reach my daily word count.  The translation is also the editing and I'm not sure if I want the redundancy.  Or are they complimentary instead of redundant?

I really do need feedback.  Has anyone actually read my novel that far?
